این فن از نظر داستانی با بقیه فن ها متفاوته چون در این داستان هری دیگه نقش اول نیست .
در این فن ما شاهد یک نقش جدید هستیم، جانی بلید؛ یک شوالیه و شاهزاده خون آشام و نوه پادشاه خون آشام ها .
جانی بلید از ابتدای داستان وارد جریان حوادث میشه در ابتدا به عنوان محافظی برای هری و بعد به عنوان شاگرد جدید مدرسه جادوگری هاگوارتز .
خاندان بلید هم دشمنی دارن که این دشمن به نوبه خودش هم پیمان ولدمورت هست و همین مسئله باعث اتحاد جادوگرها و خون آشامها برای نابودی هر دو دشمن مشترک شده.
در این داستان به شکل کاملا مشخص قدرت جانی بیشتره و از توانایی های خون آشامی در کنار قدرت جادویی بهره میره پس هری هم که نقش دوم و در عین حال یکی از شخصیتهای محوری داستان هست باید قدرتمند تر بشه .
بر همین اساس روندی در داستان پیش بینی شده شامل افزایش قدرت هری پاتر و رفتن هری به دنیای اجنه و شرکت در مسابقه خاصی که در این دنیا برگزار میشه.
