خسته و بی حال روی صندلی نشسته بود. چشمانش را روی هم گذاشته بود و حوادث اخیر فکر می کرد در اولی هفته ی تابستان مجبور شده بود بعد از یک جلسه ی 4 ساعته با وزیران، فرماندهان ارتش و پلیس و هیئت رئیسه ی مجلس اعلام حکومت در نظامی لندن کند که البته این کارش موجب نارضایتی تعدادی از کشورها شده بود به طوری که کشورهایی مثل بلغارستان، اسپانیا و چند کشور دیگر تا پایان جکومت نظامی در پایتخت سفارت خود را تعطیل و اقدام به خروج تبعه های خود از این کشور کردند.
